What’s the deal with IG

Hello anyone home?

Reached to FB and IG for a few weeks now not a word.

So who do you contact when you are locked out of your account you never get the pw reset or is it possible someone got access to my account?

It’s been a few weeks now and still no word from IG or FB on what’s up with my account.

Haven’t been able to get into it.

What a crazy world. Who would want someone else’s account? What purpose does it serve causing anxiety to another. And am I over reacting?
